WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
-We do NOT accept returns due to the nature of the products. However if your items were completely described wrong, then we will provide an exchange AFTER the wrongly-described items are returned to us. Please understand that all listings are carefully written and all products are checked before being sent out, so the occurence of an error on our part is virtually non-existent. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY SCAMS OF TRYING TO RETURN ITEMS WITH MADE UP EXCUSES SUCH AS "AUTHENTICITY QUESTIONS" or any other attempts to try and return product for fabricated reasons. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING AND CALCULATE ALL COSTS FIRST!
HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY PURCHASE?
First, the only reason we exchange product is if we have grossly misrepresented the items.
NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS. EXCHANGE ONLY IF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED.
If you have already contacted us regarding this and we have approved an exchange, then please send the wrongly-represented, UNUSED and UNOPENED items to:

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE OUR APPROVAL FOR EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING YOUR PRODUCTS BACK,
because if they are not approved beforehand, you will not receive an exchange item(s) and your items will not be returned to you unless you wish to pay additional s/h to re-send the items to you that were not approved for exchange.
Once the items have been received, processed and approved for exchange, you will be sent new product equivalent to the price you paid LESS shipping, handling, and any fees that have incurred. You will not be reimbursed for shipping of any kind.
DOES THE S/H COST INCLUDE INSURANCE?
No, if you would like to insure your product, you must make a separate payment to do so. Please remember that without insurance your items will not be covered due to loss or damage, etc., and if your items ARE insured, you must wait until the shipping company reimburses before receiving a refund.
